RESERVATIONS:

When the user purchases the service, he or she will get an email informing the confirmation of the purchase, this email can be used also as a reservation receipt.

Guarantee
The reservation is confirmed once all the correct details of the client's credit card are provided. For security reason we suggest that the details should be sent by fax or telephone and not by email. After making the reservation, if the client does not arrive, nor informs the delay or cancellation of the reservation, the first night will be charged.

Cancellation agreement of the reservation
The credit card is the only way to guarantee the reservation. Any cancellation must be made with 72 hours notice or your credit card will be charged the price for one night in the room reserved. Please advise us, if you expect to arrive after 8pm.
